Accessing your email and Google Drive Students now can access their @artists.sfai.edu email and Google Drive by logging in to Google directly . Logging in to Moodle Students can log in to Moodle by pressing the "SFAI Student Login" button. This will redirect them to Google to log in using their @artists.sfai.edu Google account. A temporary password for this account was emailed to students in the weeks leading up to December 17th, 2018. If you did not receive your temporary password, and do not know SFAI's temporary password formula, please email support@sfai.edu for assistance. Skip Login Help for Incoming Students Login Help for Incoming Students Check your personal email for login details Students new to SFAI will receive an email sent to their personal email address on the Friday after they've enrolled, containing the following information: their username a temporary password instructions on how to log in If you were expecting this email but did not receive it, your email provider may have either blocked the email or put it in your spam or junk mail folder. Before contacting SFAI's tech support, please check your spam or junk mail folder for the account setup email, titled "SFAI Online Tools + Email." If you did not receive said email, please contact support@sfai.edu and we will address your issue as soon as possible. Skip LOGIN HELP FOR FACULTY/STAFF LOGIN HELP FOR FACULTY/STAFF Staff and faculty username Your username is the first letter of your first name concatenated with your full last name - i.e., if your name were Andy Warhol, your username would be awarhol. Staff and faculty password If this is the first time you are logging in to Moodle, please follow the login instructions that were sent to you which include your temporary password. If not, the first time you logged in you set a personal password. This password is not synced with your staff email or WebAdvisor password, so if you have changed your password in one of those systems, it does not propagate to Moodle. Staff and faculty forgotten username or password recovery If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please go to the forgot password page and enter your SFAI email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password after entering your SFAI email address into the 'Email Address' text input field and clicking 'Search'.
